Organize PDF Pages Visually: Reorder, Rotate, Delete

2026-06-28by PDFKit Team

The Organize PDF tool gives you a visual page grid where you can see every page in your document and make changes with drag and drop.

Visual Page Management

Unlike command-line or form-based tools, PDFKit's organizer shows you actual thumbnails of every page. This makes it easy to:

  • **See what you're working with** — thumbnails show content, not just page numbers
  • **Drag to reorder** — pick up pages and drop them where you want
  • **Rotate mis-scanned pages** — fix scanning errors with one click
  • **Delete unwanted pages** — remove blank pages, covers, or appendices

  • How It Works

    1. Upload your PDF to the **Organize PDF** tool

    2. View all pages as thumbnails in a grid

    3. Drag pages to reorder them

    4. Use rotate buttons for individual pages

    5. Click the × on any page to delete it

    6. Click **Apply Changes** to save your new document

    Use Cases

  • **Fixing scan order**: Pages scanned in reverse? Drag them back in order
  • **Removing blank pages**: Delete those intentional blank pages from your document
  • **Rearranging presentations**: Move slides around for a better flow
  • **Preparing for print**: Ensure pages are in the right order and orientation
